This came up on a bee forum.
So the “bee remover” in the video below said that this hive could not be saved. I’m trying to think why: they’re out in the open, there are few combs and they’re clearly not aggressive. It’s obviously accessible as he went up there to spray them, all you need to do is cut the comb and rubberband it into the frames.
Not only does he spray the honey bees to kill them, he then eats the honeycomb (sprayed or unsprayed? Soapy water or nasty chemical? Who knows).
